Pet Shop Front :/
I don't see any grass in front of the pet shop. Are you confusing it with some other building?

The object's area is slightly larger than the building itself and it's see through so you can't place it against a road without seeing a strip of grass (if you have grass under it) in front of it. I just placed mine on a pavement square so it looks fine. It does prevent you from placing flowers or bushes right up against the front or side wall if you want to do that.
