The lane is .6%...is that the only item that is .6? Seems like everything else is multiple of five.

I know it's unusual but I was certain I'd seen on the forum that something before had an odd multiplier like 0.6%... so I went looking at a premium breakdown chart I downloaded from somewhere on that I can see a 'Super Jeb' decoration that gave a 0.6% bonus and there was a Christmas tree way back in 2012 that had 0.65% .. rakes give 0.1% as well and of course you can always round up with white picket fences at 0.05% :)

Chalk outline (0.25%) 5 donuts
White fence. (0.05%) 1 donut X3
Total. 0.40% 8 donuts

Cheapest way I could satisfy my OCD.
