Place 3 bonsai trees quest
I believe this has been answered in at least two other threads. Akira can make them.

He can. I have currently produced 2 Bonsai trees and I'm still not done with his quest line.
You just gotta do his 12 hour task 3 times in a row to get an extra tree. You can generate as many trees as you like.
