Place 3 bonsai trees quest
I believe this has been answered in at least two other threads. Akira can make them.

That 12 task should change between Plant, Prune, and Repot a Bonsai. Once you have done each one once (total of 36 hours- just like in both Akira's and Database's questline), you should have a bonsai in your inventory.

1 time i recive also nothing, i store my 1st bonsai and put back when the task ask for 3 bonsai, with this action it was 1 of 3 on the task and i did 3 times plant, prune... 36h and just have my 2nd
