Placing Monsarno buildings above pavement question

There definitely a bug still in the game with regard to pavement. At the time, you could trick the bug, by laying pavement one square beyond where the arrows indicated they could spread to. This has been removed.

They need to fix this. There's many features in the game that now won't place on pavement when they once did. It's irritating but keep calm and tap on!
