Pretty sure some buildings have changed payout types along the way before, so they may fix them again. Does mess with the conform-o-meter some though.

You need to connect to origin and have friends. I imagine they are working on this as its a social game for crying out loud

I've wondered about this sort of stuff too, although the Wiggum house does pay out doesn't it? I'm not sure O'Flanagan's would want to be classed as a gastro pub - the only food you're likely to get in there is a bag of peanuts!
