Plow King without Barney
If you were to get the Plow King skin, then it would sit in your storage until you had Barney as a character

I bought a boat load of donuts yesterday, so I did go ahead and buy Barney. I don't know that 250 donuts was reasonable, but I wanted him in my town. Paying real money to buy things in a game really isn't reasonable, but most of us that play the game are going to do it.
