Jep, he sucks. He only has 2 visable tasks; one is the sames as his going on a binge task and the other is the same as Kirk's and the Chief's handind out flyers tasks (there has been a lot of those flyer tasks recently). EA is getting lazy.
conclusion: Do not buy Barney just for the Plow King costume.
