I was never able to get Sgt Skinner. So thats my complaint. And I don't feel like he is worth donuts since he doesn't come with a building. And since I hated his character anyway I am passing on him. So in a way its not exactly a loss. But the fact that they obviously never gave us enough time to get enough currency to get him....I was on every single day. And as for Act 2 I probably won't be able to get Lisa either. But I will try....
