Omg! Alcatraz!!! I hope people take the time to do this, cuz that looks awesome.
And about stitching on your phone, yeah you can do it with the right apps. instacollage is an app that allows you to stitch pics together without any lines/borders between the pics. But you can only use the shapes they offer as templates, so you'd have to try to capture your Springfield in however many frames allowed in the template you choose. Then you insert them into the template and slide your pic around until the edges match up. I've done it before, it's a pain but it's not impossible.
