When you collect from Gulp n Blow you can easily work it out from there
It naturally gives $100 so if it gives you $130 you have a 30% bonus

This is correct, and the easiest in game way to calculate percentage bonus.- We'll according to the gulp n blow test I get $448
So how much is that?
I can't be bothered to work it out as too tired building a house today - That would indicate a 348% bonus!!!
