Profile picture

Does anyone know if it takes awhile after you become a member to be able to edit your profile picture? I couldn’t find any instructions how to do it so I’m assuming it’s easy once it’s enabled. When I go to edit profile there isn’t any place that shows up for the picture/signature. Also sorry if this isn’t the right place to ask this question but I saw a similar question under the off topic discussion and no one responded so I’m trying here where there seems to be more traffic. Thanks!

    I do know it takes a while to earn the privilege of changing your picture.
