- It looks like you work for EA :D :D :D
(I'm a premium player) - Oh and by the way, people in my country (Lithuania) aren't as wealthy as the people in the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, France etc. So not many can buy donuts over here.
EDIT: While Americans complain about $7.25/hour minimum wage, In Lithuania the minimum wage is $2.26/hour.
(To be exact, the monthly minimum wage here is about $300. So one-third of a minimum wage for 2400 donuts? Ridiculous!)
So while some people, like me, can afford to buy donuts, not many in Lithuania can! Simuks0803 wrote:

I started by saying that my post only applies to those in an economical position to do so. I don't work for EA. EA is one of the worst companies, or at least worst for customer service. I just love this game and want to see it continue for a long time.cdepast wrote:

Oh, well then you're right.- Also it's good to point out that a boatload will last months and months before you have to restock again. And during that time we always get lots of free donuts during level ups, quests, promotions, giveaways & other ways.
- Cheers OP! That's something I've wanted to say many times. This game is all about personal preference so any time I see a complaint post from people that haven't spent a dime I just shake my head. I'm fully premium. I spend what I want on this game. A lot less then some but a lot more than others no doubt. I've spent 700 donuts since Black Friday started. Most of those donuts came from the boatload I bought last Christmas. Any other ones were free ones I've gotten while playing. EA is a business that sells things to people interested in buying those things. That concept is not an evil one. I wish some people would just relax sometimes.
Anyway happy tapping yall - This is my plan. While I can't afford to spend $100 at one time on the game, I can afford to spend $40 twice spread out over a year. I've gotten two $50 iTunes cards when they were at a 20% off discount. One I've been holding since May. Gonna combine them and get a boatload at Xmas. :D For the amount of time I spend on this game and the enjoyment I get, $8/month is cheap entertainment.
- Great OP. As much as im kinda embarssed to admit but.. I was freemium my first 6 months or so then i went and bought a 100$ for the Oktoberfest celebration. And that was like the damn breaking and the flood issued forth. Dropped my 4th 100$ boatload of donuts for this Black Friday event lol holy crap. Once i started really cant stop my myself lol. As its such a bad pricing model for anything less then 100$ boatload ( Even the boatload is incredibly overpriced imo) theyve got me suckered into dropping way to much cash lol.
And my town still looks like crap lol. Least its making the land expansion buying going fast, plan on actually setting it up after i get all land. For now the long strips of buildings side by side will have to do.
Dont regret it though, get a lot of enjoyment out of it
