My dump is totally broken - tapping it doesn't bring up the menu to set the collection jobs there. All the other recycling centres work fine though. It's rather annoying, and I've tried just about everything I can think of to fix it, short of deleting and reinstalling the game.

I'm in the same boat and tried all the things plus uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.
