Hmm. I was away for what seemed like such a short period but missed some posts and now they're gone... I'm so confused ;)

I created this post in good faith, with no intentions of upsetting people enough to the point they need to personally attack anyone, or even the need to swear, let a lone bypass it ..... Let's all have a smile session and move on. :)

In the end I do thank everyone as posting this has provided me some relief. Being reminded about the recent attacks and wise words to keep calling CS, have made me observe things from another point of view, perhaps a more understanding one (for most of my issues anyway) :)

be sure you dont have a lot of pending friend requests. That is also a known crash issue

I found out that a friend died today from cancer, so maybe Im a bit off balance, but I do think that there is a lot of complaining here. Logging off.

I feel much better. I just finished clearing out some neighbours, for various reasons, and am slowly repopulating neighbours. The game is more fun (for me anyway) now that I have neighbours that I feel contribute more. What a pleasant change.... At least there's a positive somewhere!

My game crashes a lot when visiting friends/neighbors. I've been having a problem where I tap on one person's town example Jennifer's and end up in Mike's Springfield. I just suck it up. I am sure it will be fixed eventually.

Both towns are played on the same iPad and both are similar sizes/levels. There are a few friends who overlap both towns but most are unique. He has about 50 friends, I have 100. Seems like his game environment is corrupted in some way and it isn't fixable just by reinstalling the app.

As to EA support, I think it beggars belief that when you contact them to report a problem they tell you you need to post on a user-run forum to report your problem.

My game has been buggy since the IOS 8 update. Actually, it has been more than just TSTO being hosed. I wish I could go back to the previous version of IOS.
