Quest not showing

Sorry, you got duped.

There's no EA staff here. Not officially, and I've never gotten a clue of one unofficially either.

But, there are tips from other users here, so you may find a solution anyway.

Search for walkthrough of levels 10-20 and you'll learn what is required to trigger the next step in your game progress.

Sometimes you have to relaunch the game, sometimes you have to store and unstore a building or character, sometimes you need two characters available at same time but you keep reassigning them separately. And sometimes you just have to wait it seems.

Soon you'll learn that going to Krustyland frees up a lot of glitches too.

It's a buggy game with minimal help. We support each other here, mostly. Last resort is opening a help ticket by clicking your username at the top of the page and then clicking support. They will walk you through standard steps to reboot and reinstall your game. Nothing you couldn't do yourself.

Happy tapping!
  • Typically there is no assigned order anymore. EA has allowed the game's early quests to go out of order.

    A few notes:
    - You can only have a few active quests triggered by particular characters at a time
    - By completing quests in your quest book, you will pick up new quests

All there is to it is empty the quest book. I'm sorry if you want certain buildings before others, but it seems like it's all a game of chance when certain quests unlock. As the poster above me said, logging into your town you should try to clear all tasks first, then any buildings. Make sure to click on any ! marks and read/tap through the dialogue. This begins new quests. After all the ! are gone, assign those characters to those quests. If you are setting other characters, I would set them all at similar timeframes. Or at the most, when you next expect to log into the game. So don't just set 24 hour jobs unless you honestly won't log in for 24 hours. The quests are based on free characters and those that need to trigger ! quests.

The orange house will come, just be patient and enjoy the game. Just build other quest buildings, complete other quests and the game will catch itself up.
  • I don't know which quests are pending for you currently, but I'll pm you a link to a site that'll show you quests leading towards Evergreen Terrace Pt. 8.
  • part 8 doesn't start until you complete 'the dungeon keeper part 3'. Have you done that?
