Question about nuking
I would think so. Only a few things do not get stored when nuking.

I wouldn't nuke, if your life depended on it. I do small area's when I want to change stuff. Been working on my town since 2012. If I nuke now, and at my age, I'd have one foot in the ground by the time I had 1/2 the town back up.
