I refuse to spend donuts on the NPCs, but I'll also keep passing on Barney's Bowlarama and the Volcano Lair. To be honest a lot of the decorations are overpriced or too small or underwhelming in their animations.
I like the Devil Float and Sprawl Mart, I think they can go great if placed in just the right spot. I agree with Mt. Carlmore, if it was a higher payout and/or small and/or cost less I might like it but it's not worth it to me yet. Same goes with the tire fire, the whale, and the fireworks barge when that's available.
