Question for those with 10,000 plus Goos?
I got the sweet icon but it is in sync with how many goos I have... maybe try closing the game and reopening? If that doesn't work then I don't know...

I hit 10,000 while in my town, so I'm in synch.
I kinda hate the fact that the arrow pointing to the Treat shows up every time you collect a Goo.
