quick donut popup when vandalizing buildings

Thought I'd add another layer to the mystery. I just had to re-install the game. The little doughnut-downloading graphic popped up when I started the game. I guess it's just the new graphic for when the game is downloading something and they're still working out the kinks. When I logged in and tried to play as it was still downloading it reverted back to the old display for downloading.
