I don't speed any tasks and just finished the rail yard. Needed lots of metal this time. I also did not remove anyone from THOH tasks. I did set the timer on my phone and during the day, I was able to keep the rail yard going as soon as the timer chimed. Also I had Apu and Krusty doing the battling instead of Cletus and Skinner when only two people were needed to fight in THOH (and I needed plastic in RY). Good luck.
