Random quests ?
Nope.. I've been playing over a year and I always have at least 3 non-quest related activities on the books. For us completionists, it's torture!

There is a conspiracy theory about characters needed to kick start a story quest being "randomly" given a 24h task just before.......
I am currently keeping my characters as free as possible but have had 5 random tasks set this morning ranging from 60m to 12h.
