Random quests ?
Nope.. I've been playing over a year and I always have at least 3 non-quest related activities on the books. For us completionists, it's torture!

I find the same thing that if you keep all your characters free you end up getting random tasks ranging all times of tasks, but if you keep them busy all the time the amount of random tasks is reduced.....Well thats how it seems to happen in my town anyway.
