Nah, not a fan of random tasks. They should get rid of them, or at least add some different tasks for a change of scenery. I'm a bit OCD with having open tasks in the task book. The Springfield Heights task annoys me, since I haven't bothered to fully increase the value of the land and it has been sitting in my list for months...
