there's no time limit for this. if you want to build all stuff now you're free to do it. or you can use the pace you want.

You don't have to keep any of the buildings that allow multiples out. There is good reason to, since there is a very generous secret bonus on them, with each Modern Mansion increasing xp by 4%.
