The point is new land, new buildings, new decorations, new stuff to do.
I like Springfield Heights. I started late because of the doughnut glitch. Since I have started, I have taken everything at a leisurely pace. I only play as much as I normally do. And so far I have a bunch of new land, new water front, new beach, new water. Perhaps having to build and upgrade all of these large buildings was not the best way to earn the Real Estate Value, however, you can store as many of the buildings as you want after you get the Real Estate Value. Then put anything you want on the new land. As far as I can see, there isn't too much to complain about. You don't have to finish everything today, tomorrow, next week, or even next month. It's meant to give you new stuff to do for a while. A game is supposed to be fun, and if a game is causing anyone so much annoyance, put it down and find a new game.

LOL
- You don't have to keep any of the buildings that allow multiples out. There is good reason to, since there is a very generous secret bonus on them, with each Modern Mansion increasing xp by 4%.

Cool. That's one of the buildings I don't think looks off, and will be keeping out. Do other buildings have multipliers? I know it's lazy to just ask, but break's over. I gotta continue packing for Joshua Tree. smohqy wrote:

Actually, I was wrong. The Modern Mansion has a 5% bonus and the Classic Mansion is 4%. The others are Valet Parking (3%), Business Center (2%), and the Deluxe Condo (1%) for a possible bonus of 150%.- I don't see what reason anyone has to complain about SH. Is it super-exciting? No. Does it give you new land? No...it gives you a massive chunk of new land. Yes it requires monotonous tapping, but whatever, it's new land. Sorry, I mean it's A LOT of new land.
I just ground away, unlocked all the land, upgraded one of each of the four buildings, and unlocked the Springfield Lake, which will be perfect in my state park area. Now I'm stepping back from SH. I'm moving the mansions and 'villains' over there, because the Volcano Lair and Stonecutters compound fit perfect in an ultra-elite neighborhood. Then I'm going to gradually build up to Ziff Manor and the Billionaire thing
Just remember, LAND, that's all that counts.
