Rare Items UPDATED

I saw a Santa Homer flying a sleigh and reindeer in a neighboring town once? Also the Grumple hasn't been available since I've been playing.

-Kumiko: Released for free during the Christmas 2013 event as part of the "Married to the Blob" promotional. A full year has passed since her initial release and she has not been in the store at all.

-Turkey (NPC): Released during the Thanksgiving 2013 as a quest reward. A full year has passed since it's initial release and it has not been in the store since.

-Shary Bobbins: Released during the Easter 2014 event. Being the absolute rarest character within the Easter Event this might possibly be considered as the rarest character in the entire game. A year has not passed since the initial release but a long time has passed with no rerelease in the store.

-Hugs Bunny: Released during the Easter 2014 event. Being the second rarest character within the Easter Event. A full year has not passed since the initial release but a long time has passed with no rerelease in the store.

The only thing I'm missing from this list is Shary Bobbins because of that damn Wheel :evil:

I missed out on the Sleep Easy Motel too (which was winnable free in an early event) I know it's available to buy but it's expensive. I'll snap it up if it's ever on sale.


Not sure what the yard sale stuff is. Might be missing that too.

I'm almost embarrassed to say I do have all the above. The Sleep Easy Motel with Miss Springfield is from Whacking Day.

This! Casino event would have been perfect for this re-release.

Whacking Day Jebediah which was not re-released with the 2016 Whacking Day items.

Also, Devil Donuts cart, Laramie cig machine and inflatable gorilla decoration have never been brought back since year 1 of this game.

I'd LOVE the Itchy Balloon to come back! When it was originally released (2013?), I was a freemium player and I only bought the Scratchy Balloon (which cost in-game cash). I have the Scratchy Balloon floating on one side of my I & S Studios building and I've been waiting for what seems like AGES for the Itchy Balloon to be re-released. I know that they did rerelease it but (I think) you could only place it in Krustyland and that's not where I want to put it! :-)

It's always been premium, and I think it's returned every November for the American Thanksgiving holiday.

It was released in 2012 actually, the first year of the game!

Yeah I know it's always been premium (that's why I didn't buy it initially - I was strictly freemium. But I've since moved over to the dark side :twisted: ) but I didn't think it had been rereleased for SF since 2012. (I knew that it was available for Krustyland, but thought I'd read that it could ONLY be used in KL?). Maybe I'm wrong?!

Krustyland it's permanent. But as I was saying, come November, you can buy it for Springfield.
