Do you have the Kill-E-Mart skin on your Kwik-E-Mart?
I noticed during THOH that Ray's 1 hr task wouldn't appear when the skin was active.

He can also go to any of your Kwik-E-Mart franchises (which can't use the Kill-E-Mart skin).- I've also noticed if you have more than one, he only goes to the original store. I swapped the two i have so he didn't waste as much time walking across town.
For some reason, it makes me very happy when i complete the weekly recycling tasks early enough to give Ray a full 24 hours to "try to relax".
Otherwise, he really does buy a lot of seed. Poor guy. I hope he has more than one bird. Or he lives with THIS guy...
