Were you capped before you got him, or did that happen after? If it was before, it could just be that the system doesn't 'refresh' itself until the next day. It might also be that way if it happened after, if the system doesn't change the cap until the next day. Either way, bit of a pain, especially so close to the end when you really want to be able to grind as much out of this as possible.

as soon as I tapped a dumped on house, it started up again. Or I read the message wrong. Anyway I'm grinding for rails now.

Got him today, surprised buy the short quests he has. Oh well, rails! :mrgreen:

I just got him, I had exhausted the projects early (as usual), then logged in later and got the 5k bonus jackpot, and it unlocked Ray. The projects then displayed "Sebastian is too tired", but the buttons to redeem were changed back to send in blue prints. Since, I already cashed in 3k and got a curve piece!

Just got him too.

If I can get 15 neighbors to visit in the next two hours I will have him. Otherwise, I have to wait 2 1/2 hours for Little Lisa's slurry factory to give me enough.

I think i'll get him by friday... During work i can not log in to the game, i'm either sitting at the front desk or sitting next to my boss so :s
