Mine's been tapped, and I get the coin when I clear the handshake.

I'd suggest that you hide the EggNog Bar behing a big building, out of the way and put lots of brown houses by your landing area, so neighbors can drop gifts (if they got any from the game) and click on them.

Tapping the egg nog bar doesn't get you a coin that's not what I'm getting at.

Tapping it resets the clock for that person, then when that person taps the handshake they get no coin at all. You get a handshake with cash and xp but you get no coin. This is the second time it's happened to me.....

I had a handshake on my bar too, and I still got a coin. Must be a glitch in your game.

Are you saying that the coin works like the squidport glitch? Are you sure?

Has it ever occurred to you, that those people thought they were helping you, by resetting the timer?

This is a problem with your particular game ONLY
everyone else still gets the coin and would welcome neighbors help them out by resetting their counter

Sometimes it's better to figure out what's really going on before flying off the handle.
