Recent Game Play Issues - Crashing EA will gift Fit Milhouse

I will surely do it, but first I must be able to play. Am I the only one who didn't got his SF back after the update? Everyone seems so happy now.

I'm still not able to play either. I'm trying to be patient. From what I've read in other threads and on other forums we are not alone. I have an open trouble ticket/case so I'm trying to be patient. I've tried playing the anonymous/non-logged in game but it is just not doing it for me. Hopefully EA can get me back in to my level 40 account. I'm not planning on starting from scratch.

I got the skin for fit milhouse from EA, but I can't get his quest line to start research fitness for 6 hours is it if you can figure out how to get it to start that would be great

Those 2 initial ones are probably by-passed as those needed to be done to get Fit Milhouse. Did you equip the skin from the inventory? I think yours may start at the Guzzle Sports drinks. If not, perhaps when they "gift" a skin, the quests are already completed.

yes I equiped the skin and nothing happened. there are two quests greyed out at the bottom of his quest log the require a quest to start but the initial Quest has Milhouse research fitness for 6 hours there is no quest for that.

Same. I'm still unable to get into my account after over a week now and I'm feeling very disheartened. I also opened a ticket with EA and they have only responded twice and that was a week ago and with the standard reply. Getting more and more frustrated with their treatment of players and their complete lack of response.

Glad you have your town back. Unfortunately, I can't visit. It crashes my game. (Just checked- yep, still crashes) :(

Thanks for waiting, I am sorry for this but since the specialist team are saying that as compensating for this is not possible everyone was facing the issue and this is not possible for compensating everyone we are also bounded.

it seems to be hit or miss I was compensated I was locked out for 7 days and I got the fit milhouse skin but I didn't ask for macaroni shed I would open a new ticket and I will try again but I'm also a paid player with over $500 spent. and that might have a significant impact on me getting the item, if you're paid player I would bring that up in the chat.

Wait, whats this fit Millhouse thing about? My game is fully updated and he isn't on a quest?

Also, Im pretty sure Millhouse did the research fitness quest in my game but I didn't get a skin or some shed??
