I already had one rocket launch pad in my town which works and a glitched pad from the event that didn't have a rocket. Even after storing both of those the new one still won't launch.

Same and I came here to say this as well. I didn't try storing as I thought the glitched one sans rocket wouldn't come back out of storage. Did it?

Did it say it had a minigame in the store? Many items only work if you got it in the original event.

She has a full task list. Including one with The Eliminator. Also, back then EA wouldn't put the skins in the character collections. There's a lot of skins that aren't part of any collection.

I bought Cadet Lisa this week but I can't use the Eliminator and I can't perform the 4 hour visual task (rifle training).
It's very frustrating as I spent several donuts on the costume, the Eliminator and Rommelwood Academy. The 4 hour task is blocked and the eliminator task doesn't even appear. If anyone has any suggestions on how to solve this problem I would appreciate it.
