Red Dice Issue/ Glitch

my d20 went into inventory and disappeared when clicked. Then later when I got to the task and it gave a few d20s, I was successful at the attack d20 and the defend didn't work though it cleared the screen of stuff.

Now I have 1 d20 left and I'm afraid to use it to attack as I might have to spend it again on another defense try when the claim goes out that it is fixed.

Please help EA.
