I put a ticket in to EA on the first day and no reply. Sure would be nice to hear something. It does not seem to be slowing down game play. This is my feeder town and both my main town and feeder are at about the same level - all castles fully built out and over 20K in gold. My overnight success rate has been fantastic and I am using all neighbors.
