I don't see your point? He was a free character given to players who played the week before he was released. He wasn't a premium. It is slightly insulting that everyone has a fat tony now, because it is nice to have things to show how long you have played for, but no one is complaining, because we didn't pay for him. I haven't seen any content you have to pay for, that was discontinued, return for free. I highly doubt any premium would ever be released for free, because it would be a spit in he face to those who paid for them. Besides, the majority of the main stream characters are in play. When the game was released, it did not have half the characters it does now. I am sure the developers would rather bring back a special time character that people know, like Fat Tony, than give out a premium or an obscure character.
