Same here. Not only is it a monitor beep, it's the 'patient is dying' beep. As someone who has known beloved elderly, I makes me feel terrible when I hear it.

Kang talks? I turned the sound off months ago, so missed whatever the Halloween event sounded like. What gripes me is that some characters don't talk at all such as Milhouse and Edna - it's as if they are not as fully there in the game even though they are far more important than, say, Arnie. So I mute them all.

"Sickening"? Not sure if you meant it to be, but that comment comes off a pretty homophobic.

Everyone should stop complaining about the sounds the characters make- they should be happy that they have sounds at all! If it's that much of a problem, I would think that their devices would come with a volume button.

Except that I like the other sounds that the game makes. Just those annoying one or two that I wish I had the option to mute them individually.
