response from EA about loosing snakes

I have lost several hundred...Will they reimburse? Sure had my sights set on those prizes, but I see absolutely no way in hell that it can happen. This sux...again! I am constantly battling those people at EA....they didn't do anything for all of my lost donuts, did nothing about the nearly three weeks I couldn't even play because of the Harps, I have lost XP and my snake count goes backward each time I play. I don't have much faith in EA when they attempt to "fix" things. It certainly does seemed fixed alright...fixed to make EA a ton of money because could care less about these issues, as people gobble up donuts for fear of missing out on the goodies. Stellar job, EA, stellar job!!! Way to flip the bird to those of us who keep you afloat and pay your bills...
