The response reads pretty fair and professional to me. EA support wouldn't know anything about how a swgoh toon works. (Not that Malgus or SK is actually breaking anything anyway.)

If you are complaining about Malgus / Starkiller being too strong, deal with it

If you are complaining about some legitimate unintended interaction aka bugs that are occurring, submit a post to AnswersHQ not customer support

@crzydroid I don't know if OP is talking about that issue, but there is a Starkiller bug in the SK vs GL Rey matchup that would freeze SK in his animation in a specific scenario, making the battle time out inevitably, akin to the missing buttons bug. I haven't figured out yet what exactly the conditions are to create that scenario, but it doesn't seem to be random. Never experienced any bugs with Malgus though, so I can't say anything about that.

So starkiller will freeze the game not complaining because i dont actually have an issue guys. He literally freezes the match but the counter for time keeps ticking until it stops. Malgus just straight up crashes the game bc of the buffs and debuffs all happening at the same time. I think the issue may be in GA omnicrons bc this is where I encounter the issues.

Not the issue I'm having but thank you the game is actually breaking I wish I had taken a vid or a pic to post I have my SK on defense bow because it has happened more than once.
