I would think they could have programmed in some sort of tapping priority (and, in fact, they may have done so) so that they can set certain things to be preferentially tapped before others. For example, you have to clear earnings before you can tap a house that they are sitting on top of. Surely they could just say that the most important thing to tap is the FT and then the nightmares and so on. Would make things a lot less frustrating IMO.
