I think players are leveling up faster than in the past. This causes issues with quest not starting (because they have not finished other quests) and not having enough in-game $$. I feel your pain. Until very recently, I was always saving for the next big purchase. Then I stopped buying just before Stonecutters and, except for the level 42 quest, saved money. I'm mostly freemium, but the cash is now rolling in. And now I'm spending it on buying all the land. Then I'll probably get some aspirationals.
