I just recently achieved level 40, but Im not complaining about the price of a building that comes with TWO characters. Im currently at 150000 so that's 250000 left. That's a couple of days of tapping. It doesn't bother me as it means that when I eventually get it, I will appreciate it more.
What you need to understand that these levels are added with at least a month inbetween. In that time, most tappers, even part time ones, will have amassed a lot of money in which these high priced buildings wont be as noticeable. The reason it seems a lot to players like us is because we are powering through the content. It will still take the same amount of time it took the earlier players to accumulate the amount needed for that building.
