Righteousness down to 1 star.

Yeah, that happens sometimes. If your town isn't completely covered in graffiti and you have trainingwalls, just ignore it and your 5-star rating will return in due time. (And after a while temporarily go back to 0.5 or 1)

A number of us are having this issue. and many of us have dozens of training walls.

Mine dropped yesterday, like Derek said I find it usually corrects itself after a few days. I've lost count of how many training walls I've got hidden behind buildings :D
