Righteousness still not working
Maybe the regular drop in righteousness is intended.

Good idea. I don't have Snake yet (have only been playing a month, so am still at Luigi's build) but will keep that in mind when I get to that point. And also plan on putting Town Hall right by school, police station, and Moe's to encourage vandalism.
