Rogue animation glitch?

All day long, in different quadrants of my town EVERYTHING is animated (buildings, vehicles, decorations etc.). There are not tasks going on in or near any of the buildings in question. It's more comical than anything but I'm curious if anyone else is having this issue and if it's a sign of a bigger problem? Thanks.

    It's not an issue, it's normal, and that at certain times usually night time you will see various buildings animate on their own. I enjoy it when it happens.

    I remember the first time I had this happen, THOH event this past year. All the gargoyles were hopping up and down, totally loved it!!!
    Maggie is stuck to her balloon in front of the Bastille on the watch nick cage movies.
    Anyone having that problem.
