Sounds like they used the wrong word. I think what they are asking for is a coaster. It's the little thing that looks like a tan colored tile with a "B" on it. For resting your drink on. :lol:

I don't think the EA is Swedish, so I think 4kidsandacatdog is right that it is the coaster they are asking for.
