It's not rude. It is ignorant. After they came here, looking for "friends", they never, ever came back. I visit towns daily who have 6 tiles on SP with 9 buildings on them... I tap their tile knowing the process is lost to them. Their towns are drab and they have no clue. But rude? Nah, just clueless.
