Santa's Village
Yeah, I jumped on that this morning, because it might be a mistake that won't last.

This makes no sense to me either. According to the Wiki's in both 2012 and 2013 the village unlocked santa homer. So it is weird you don't have the village...
I didn't check out Wiki Simpsons yet, but I got Santa Homer last year with the Santa's Workshop. Don't know if that helps clear anything up or not. Happy Tapping :)
