Santas village
It did say in the "store" that it gave out money and XP, I checked before I bought it. I wouldn't call it useless, but it's not giving out gift cards. (Or if it is, it isn't advertising the fact - mine's not ready to collect yet.)

Appears to be. In the build menu it also says it pays out money.- That's a shame. It was very useful last year when I got it. Wife was gonna get it this year, but since its of no benefit, I doubt she will.
