I didn't get it either last Xmas as I was new then and not buying donuts at the time, so I hope so. I'd venture to guess it will return as Halloween items from last year came back as did Thanksgiving items. Just my 2 cents.

Its now the only building i dont have, if i get this, to me i would be 100% complete providing i done all quests associated with xmas :)
