Sarah Wiggum?

Maybe we could just purchase her like bumblebee man and jumbo etc.

She could have a few jobs such as

Cook a family meal with chief Wiggum and Ralph

Attend an AA meeting - as hinted like Bernice, she may be an alcoholic, as hinted by Ralph: “You look like my mommy after her box of wine.”

Drink at moes

Go to church

Just a few ideas,

    In the same spirit as Grimey coming with his grave that's a multiplier, Ruth could come with her car with a multiplier.

    Edit: come to think of it, she could come with Shotkickers bar?
